RiverGreen Design Build is a unique construction company that is privately owned and operated by Ivan Molomut. Ivan brings a unique and professional perspective to his role as general contractor. For 25 years, Ivan was an executive producer and creative director in the advertising industry where he transformed his clients’ visions into finished commercial products, producing them within the clients’ budgets and in a timely manner for set airdates.

Since 2004, Ivan has put his production and creative background to work as owner and manager of RiverGreen Design Build. He works directly with each client and architect and utilizes a team of skilled, licensed, and closely supervised sub-contractors to turn challenging construction and renovation projects into successful and beautiful showcases of interior and exterior design.

Projects include new construction, complete (gut) renovations and rebuilds, large and small additions, kitchens and baths, basements, and exterior remodeling. RiverGreen is experienced in cutting edge “building green,” using the latest environmentally friendly materials.

Further, in today’s home sale market where banks have exacting standards, RiverGreen specializes in working for you, as the seller, to bring any prior renovations up to code, expediting and coordinating the process to obtain the necessary certificates of occupancy to close your deal on time.
